The old process required nearly an hour of waiting time for the paint to dry and needed reapplication every six months, causing inconvenience to airport operations. In contrast, the new material dried instantly and proved long-lasting. Moreover, it incorporated glass fibers for reflective properties that ensured clear visibility even at night.
The adoption of this innovative material significantly improved both operational conditions at the airport and construction efficiency. It set the stage for a grand celebration in anticipation of China's Double Ninth Festival.
