我跟随他们来到了一家面馆,那里 sells a special type of noodle called "biang biang mian" which is a signature dish in Xi'an. The noodles were served with a savory sauce, topped with cilantro and chili oil. It was an explosion of flavors in my mouth, the combination of the chewy noodles, the tangy sauce and the spiciness from the chili oil was perfect.
As we continued our journey, we stopped by a street vendor who sold roasted sweet potatoes. The aroma wafting from them was irresistible and I couldn't help but try one. It was cooked to perfection, with a crispy outside and fluffy inside.
We also visited a local market where they sold all sorts of snacks, including sesame balls filled with red bean paste and rice cakes flavored with soy sauce. These snacks were not only delicious but also offered us insights into the local culture.
Throughout our adventure, I realized that food is not just about taste; it's also about the people you share it with and the memories you create together. And so, I left Westin An without trying every single dish on their menus but rather savoring each bite as if it were my last.
The experience had taught me that sometimes life's greatest surprises come when you least expect them. Who knew that exploring Westin An would lead me to discover its hidden gems through the eyes of these young explorers?
